Is it? I honestly don't know. But since I started using it every few days for 15 minutes or so, I swear it is drying out my acne and improving their recovery time. The more you use it (of a period of time, not duration of time in one setting), the more you feel the effects of sitting in front of it. After a few uses, I actually enjoyed the warmth on my face. I still think that there is no way light can have a single one of the beneficial effects that literally take up a whole page in the user manual. But why didn't I return it? Because I kinda like it and somehow, whether placebo effect, inspiring me to take better care of my face, or maybe one of these ridiculous claims is true, my complexion is improving. In all seriousness, this has to be a scam, but you might like it.

I just received the device but is really feels powerful.It's a it bulky device and so the maneuver is not the best but I am optimistic about the health benefits.

This Red light therapy face mask is great for healing inflammation around your face, and for me specifically my sinuses. After multiple sessions I genuinely felt an overall positive relief. However, I also have a couple of gripes including: the red lights are SO bright and I wish there was eye protection; the mask eventually gets uncomfortable after 5 minutes and becomes a bit suffocating.One added bonus - if you have toddlers or a dog and need some personal space, slap this mask on and you've got a peaceful 5-10 minutes of free time! I'd like to see a bit more thought into breathable fabric and eye protection, but the red light therapy does indeed relieve my symptoms!

I love the versatility of this red light therapy light. The five different wavelengths are a welcomed feature that I usually don't see in RLT devices. Most are limited to just the 660nm and 850nm wavelengths.

My father used to practice red light laser therapy on acupuncture points. This panel of LEDs blew me away with the power of its whole body therapeutic value. It was more than I had imagined. My primary complaint with this device is that my friend uses it for 20 minutes per day every day after I sold him my first unit. The literature on red light therapy is minimal, nobody reads it, and there is a tendency to over use it. In sum, I have purchased this unit two times, given one to a friend, and its therapeutic value is easy to over-estimate upfront. I keep it to ten minutes per day on various body regions.

I got a bad cold sore . I accidentally browsed this product and ordered. I started using it. Honestly after using it for a few days, the pain went away, my sores never scabbed over..they just kind of went away.... this product is worth it!

I wear it 3-4 times a week for 15 minutes every night while watching TV. The eye insert helps to block out the excessive light from the mask from interfering with my sight. I just started using it not too long ago and so far I do not notice any significant difference to my skin. It is very intuitive and straightforward to put on, use and take off. I prefer to lie down while wearing the mask, otherwise, it feels like it is pulling my skin downwards. My nose also feels a little squashed beneath the mask.There are 3 levels of intensity and 4 lights to choose from. I use the red light the most for the anti-aging effect and the blue light to fight occasional acne problems. I hope that after 1-2 months of use, I'll start to see some positive changes to my skin.

I started using this device not too long ago and I like it, I already saw changes in my skin; however, I bought it because of the many positive reviews about how it helps you sleep better, that didn't happen for me, also, I need to hear more about this therapy as it relates to folks with certain medical conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure etc....It's not a trend for me I need results without endangering my health because I have no solid facts, as soon as the research comes out about my concerns I will get me the best one on the market.....

This is a full fledged LED light therapy unit that's super portable and easy to use. The lights can be constant or pulse and each of their variations are easily cycled by clicking the button. From any setting if I hold the button down it will turn off as well.It's fun to feel the effects of the various light modes and discover which produce the effects I desire. Some lights produced more heat than other light colors and it was interesting to learn which. Personally I like feeling the heat and I think it's better for my ailments.

I love this product, when I have a back or shoulder pain I will use it for couple time and it will relieve my pain, it does help a lot. And the prices are reasonable as well.

My fine and even deep lines are less noticeable, my skin tone is more even, and I have a nice all over youthful glow.My teen daughter has been using Mode 2 to treat her cystic and surface acne, and her both types of acne have starting calming down since she's been using the mask.The mask itself is of excellent quality materials. I wipe the mask down after each use and fold it to store in the included carrying case, and the mask and its parts feel nice and durable. When I take the straps on and off, they don't feel flimsy or fragile, but sturdy. The button remote holds a good amount of charge. We can use it several times, and I've never had a low battery warning. I just remember to charge it every once in a while. It charges pretty quickly.The things I wish were better:The eye protection inserts - although they are very soft, they still leave faint lines on my face for hours after I use the mask. I was looking for an red light therapy and near Infared light to help with surgery scar healing after breast reconstruction. I was looking to purchase a device such as. Joovv but the price was too steep and I wanted one that was just as effective. I looked up the specs and searched reviews for days and found that this company had a very good product. Im not sure if it is effective yet but in a few months we will be able to tell. I'm hoping it will help with my skin as well
