Is it? I honestly don't know. But since I started using it every few days for 15 minutes or so, I swear it is drying out my acne and improving their recovery time. The more you use it (of a period of time, not duration of time in one setting), the more you feel the effects of sitting in front of it. After a few uses, I actually enjoyed the warmth on my face. I still think that there is no way light can have a single one of the beneficial effects that literally take up a whole page in the user manual. But why didn't I return it? Because I kinda like it and somehow, whether placebo effect, inspiring me to take better care of my face, or maybe one of these ridiculous claims is true, my complexion is improving. In all seriousness, this has to be a scam, but you might like it.

I just received the device but is really feels powerful.It's a it bulky device and so the maneuver is not the best but I am optimistic about the health benefits.

My father used to practice red light laser therapy on acupuncture points. This panel of LEDs blew me away with the power of its whole body therapeutic value. It was more than I had imagined. My primary complaint with this device is that my friend uses it for 20 minutes per day every day after I sold him my first unit. The literature on red light therapy is minimal, nobody reads it, and there is a tendency to over use it. In sum, I have purchased this unit two times, given one to a friend, and its therapeutic value is easy to over-estimate upfront. I keep it to ten minutes per day on various body regions.

I started using this device not too long ago and I like it, I already saw changes in my skin; however, I bought it because of the many positive reviews about how it helps you sleep better, that didn't happen for me, also, I need to hear more about this therapy as it relates to folks with certain medical conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure etc....It's not a trend for me I need results without endangering my health because I have no solid facts, as soon as the research comes out about my concerns I will get me the best one on the market.....
